I hold a first-class BA (hons) degree in Counselling from the University of Greenwich, and am a registered and accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I have been providing individuals and couples with therapeutic support for 15 years.
From a young age I have been an ardent student of psychology, philosophy and spirituality. I have a strong interest in a number of therapeutic paradigms, and have been practising meditation my entire adult life. Hence I am well-equipped to help you with your inner well-being.

Services I provide
Individual
Self-awareness and self-empowerment are common themes in my work, and I draw on wisdom from a multitude of varying traditions. I also show clients how to regulate their emotion and be less reactive. My therapy style is tailored to the individual, and often draws on creative and imaginative approaches. Existential themes such as choice, time, freedom and responsibility also feature.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, both in-person and online.
Couple
Modern life places enormous strain on relationships and marriages. My approach acknowledges this and provides elements that address the disillusionment and disconnection that couples often feel. I can especially help those who feel they have drifted apart since having children. I emphasize better communication, which helps those who find themselves arguing regularly. Sessions are stimulating and informative, not passive.
I also offer couples with young children online late-night sessions beginning at 8pm or 9pm every night of the week.
Supervision
I have been assisting therapeutic colleagues with supervisory guidance for over 10 years. I work especially well with those practising in the person-centred, existential, gestalt and transpersonal approaches.
